Multiculturalism was invented in this city. Nikolaev is socially advanced far beyond the archaeic term "Multicultural". It proudly boasts many other Multi-designations, including: Multi-Faith, Multi-Religious, Multi-Ethnic, Multi-Racial, Multi-National, and Multi-Lingual.
